India is among 51 countries to sign the “Rome Declaration” on “Achieving Self-sufficiency in Safe Blood and blood products based voluntary non-remunerated donation”. Blood is an intrinsic requirement for health care and proper functioning of the health system. National AIDS Control Organization under Department of Health and Family Welfare has been primarily responsible for ensuring provision of safe blood for the country since 1992. National Blood Policy 2003 reiterates firmly the government’s commitment to provide safe and adequate quantity of blood, blood components and blood products.

However, in India, a needy patient or his relatives have to run from pillar to post in search of blood and the onus of procurement of blood still lies with the patient and not with the service provider.

Suggestions are invited on how to develop a nationally coordinated and well networked blood transfusion service in the country and reach 100% voluntary blood donation to enable us to meet the global goal of self sufficiency in blood and blood products.

Development of District is equal to development of India. Development of labourer increases productivity of nation. One can cite example of Japan. In connection to this matter, all organization Private / Govt. in a district be checked / verified by labour department of govt. relating to security / payment, status of labourer working in it. Govt. / labour dept. is not working effectively unless cases are filed. Public economy is distorted due to monopoly activities of organization.

i just read the news of 20% cut on healthcare in the forthcoming budet.i would request PM modi to please look into this and make sure that the budget for health is increased and NOT cut so that all the poor people can benefit from it.We must invest more in developing the basic infrastructure of the country first like schools, hospitals, roads, electricity, etc

Namskar, Mery Cristmas! One point to be share, if possible My Govt. should think on Public Transport very seriously, If the public transport service availabe and its cover every area in cities from the my Govt., than the resident will not use there personal vehicle to reach destination. With this it will reduce consumption of FUEL and cost wise cheaper to everyone. This will reduce fuel consumption and control on carbon pollutions. It is a one steps towards GREEN INDIA Please think on this suject opsitively. Thanks

Visit to all Indian offices should be restricted and all business should be settled on phones with proper records. This will save unnecessary travel, facilitate public dealings and a step towards smart cities.

For “Make in India” products to compete internationally all manufacturing in India must meet international standards of that product in quality and finish. This will boost Indian image and business.

What do you call forcing your views by noise, preventing others from expressing their views and remain static in thinking while you are paid to express sane and mature views. You may not like the term, but the elementary lessons offered by our elders will be learnt fast by our student community. No use preaching after being a bad example.
