Honourable PM, I would like to draw your kind attention on the burning issue among Govt Employees that since independence, the difference between minimum pay and maximum pay is so huge i.e.16 times. The same must be three times like country Sweden. In present scenario, needs of all categories of Central Govt Employees are quite similar. If it implements in the country, the same would be massive change towards establishment of socio-economic equality in Indian society.
