the telecom industry is couples with lower margjn for distributors and associated enterprises and is given a fixed sum for infra and other cost. this shall be kept in mind that interest of the users and those associated for providing the services and having telecom as a livelihood are not hampered

Hi Sir,
It's look like there should be control of govt. On tarif rates, it's not like one private company comes in with lower rates and all operators have to cut the rates and if that company rise the prices of same again all operator increase the prices.... In india if any private company rule then why we have a govt.
