Tariffs must also be used to cover maintenance, additional research and other indirect cost associated with providing the service. However, telecommunications service providers must be careful not to over-price each service, as prices have a direct influence on demand for that service (see supply and demand).

I think government should work for telicom services improbment. Indian telicom company increase own recharge price but he never focus on own network immprobment. Telicom services should increase the time of recharge if government or telicom company shut down to internet or network in any particular reason or particular area.
Government and telicom services need work together for services improvement.
