According to me , FM radio plays a huge role in everyone's life. So, it is better to consult not to auction the FM radio. It's very shame of humans to auction of a good mode of entertainment.

I think in our country, there still few remote area where development yet not see or begin!! In my view/idea it is that during calamities Government can use this mode of communication. It has some history. As in the year 1930, (established), officially know as AIR (ALL INDIA RADIO) since from 1950 - it is the sister service of 'PRASAR BHARATI', DD.

First of all, Radio is affordable. It is not a high price like TV, However, nowadays all mobile users have radio on their phones. Personally I believe that radio is the platform where Govt. can share all the necessary information directly to people and also where Govt. can motivate us. Till now I use it for listening to music, news, etc. It will be grateful if the Govt. organize some programs like "save the water"," No Pollution", etc. on radio then people will be attached to this.
