Dear Sir, I have been observing the Municipal sweepers in my area sweep with one hand while talking on a mobile phone with the other. Can we not have mechanised sweeping / cleaning mechanisms ? If not why cant we outsource sweeping, garbage collection etc to Private Cos or NGOs ?

Respected PM, sir i have one small request i see govt. do a many of changes in India railway but i am telling a one fact. a Tatkal reservation was not working properly it was an one type of scam.in reserve coaches Tc's are sells seats to passengers with 500-1000 rupees. so why we cant got this seats at Tatkal time. requesting please focus on this. thanx.

1. Manual Scavenging in India is considered more of a health issue or skill set problem not has a violation Human Rights ( Right to dignified life) 2. Poor Solid Waste management - Especially non-biodegradable waste often block the sewage line. So there is need for policy coherence. 3. Policy Coherence - Nirmal Gram Puraskar is given only for Total Sanitation in Panchayat. It does not include removal of manual scavenging. But take care that they are not liberated from village, only from scaven

Respected PM, Elimination of manual scavenging may not be possible even for developed countries. But they do the service where it is needed in good environmental conditions. Rubber gloves should be provided and shoes of lengthy size by the Society contractors or Govt so that diseases should not be there. We should not put waste in our drains just in front of our home. Used water will come out side with a bad smell. Weekly once scavenging services will be extended for senior citizen on payment

Modi Ji I am a resident of Australia now, but, an Indian by heart and soul. I am just surprised that why even after 67 years of various leaderships and governments, we are still struggling for the basic infrastructure for man kind. We feel proud to have our spaceship on Mars, but, still there are people who work as manual scavenger? We talk about different fundamental rights, but, we do not have any right which gives these people a life of dignity. Don't you think its rather a big shame?
