Many foreign govt websites give the do's & don'ts of diseases like typhoid, jaundice, imp of washing hands, nutritious food etc. Can we also do something like this? Pls guide citizens about generic medicines. Thanks.

When a patient goes to a government hospital, he has to take his entire case history with him. Instead of this, what can be done is we can take the Aadhar card number of that particular patient and maintain a digital record for that number on an online system. In this way, we can create a nationalized database and the patient can be treated wherever in the country he may be, without the need to produce the case history. The doctor can easily download it based on the patients aadhar number.

This comment continuation with previous one . What ever infrastructure provides govt only upto nursing level not for doctors. My recommendation is keep well traind nursing in primary health centre. When patient come to nurse or primary health centre if they not able to give adequate treatment send to higher centre and or discuss to doctors online via internate so doctor can see condition and provide adequate help. Better to keep male nursing in PHC This reduced doctors requermnet.

Improve health of poor is most important ,basically early time treatment or action is required , problem is poor train nursing and non avalabity of Doctor in periphery, the doctor not going to periphery because is there is no job satisfaction ,because what he learne in medical college he can not apply even less then 10%of his knowlage .he get frustrated over the time and forget all knowlage and remember simple knowledge those even done by good trained nursing staff.this means what infrastructur

I have always been wondering why there is not yet a regulatory authority to streamline the health sector of India. The concept note clearly suggests one of it's kind on the lines of NHS of UK or NEHTA of Australia. Electronic Health Records is a basic necessity in this age of Internet & information. Reading through the whole write up I understood that EHR shall be helpful in very many other activities regarding health sector. Benefits outnumber challenges. Welcome EHR & e-Health Authority.

I suggest two things 1. Every big/medium (may be defined in terms of beds/specialties being handled) hospital, should produce a certain number of Medical (MBBS/MS/MD..) and para-medical resources every year to cater the country requirement as a part of their social responsibility. 2. As a common man, we find it difficult to speck/spell-out diseases/specialties, the terminology is meant only for medical practitioners, a parallel common names/terminology should also be worked out.

Whether Neha can crensate options for all people of India to get expert medical available in developed countries which may save lives whereas here in India it may be loss of life. Diseases like Cancer, kidney failures etc needs medical care by experts from other countries to save the lives. Please modernize the medical care available in this country.
