This portal can have an interesting application...Notice that there has been a lot of investment in healthcare system in last decade from private side...some of them worked &some of them didn't.Why not use this portal to locate sick hospital units which are on the verge of closing down?The government buys it from the entrepreneur or enters into a PPP model agreement with the profits being shared.We still have a huge void in catering to the health needs of people & this can be a faster way.

Let us just review our health system in a nutshell.It starts from medical colleges in cities to sub-centers at the grassroot. Train ASHA health workers to provide basic amenities at sub-centers and rest can be done through telemedicine mechanisms.This procedure will also improve infant mortality rates and reduce cases of diarrhea.Also,promote yoga and ayurveda through these portals.This will make an international demand for this portal act as a bridge to NRIs to connect with home culture.

The integrated health information system can be linked to insurance schemes (at least public insurance schemes like RSBY) so that it will be easier to access health data while submitting insurance claims by patients. There also could be web based and mobile apps with access control that can be used to access health data by patients while being treated at medical centers.

National E-health authority can be have medical fitness center , health service,licensing service and other services. 1. Medical Fitness Center - please instruct guidelines of the clinic to open all part the country. before joining any jobs , they should be examine on the Medical fitness center. depends on each industry

•It should be a one stop destination for information pertaining to various national health programs. •In order to cater to health care needs of poor in villages the national e health authority should be linked to e panchayat project so that gram panchayat can discuss health issues in each meeting. •A special initiative for connecting medical colleges across the country for easy dissemination of clinical knowledge should be set up. •NeHA should be solution centric for a common man.
