Individuals health data keeping, access patients record quickly, diagnose patients more effectively, telemedicine, documentation of treatments-success as well as failures, countries disease spectrum and adoption of policies including preventive aspect, capacity building etc are the good sides. One request, not to follow everything of mechanical approach of UK, Australia etc.

The National e-Health Authority should focus on introducing electronic health records and electronic medical records across the country and introducing Accountability and Portability Act on similar lines of HIPAA in US for protecting of patient medical records and protected health information.

I have dual benchmark policy about health policy and population, policy provides only who have only one child either girl or boy.if single girl child than all facilities are free, education,etc.we can't provide any types of facility even government job, electricity, water etc,who have more than one child.we can save our community/religion through this, if anyone convert religion who couldn't facilitates any government job,reservation,and public policy etc.

This can further be linked to assesement of dietary requirements of people in specific gographies basis life style / weather condition / season / health condition / life style / BMI / sex etc and linked to availability of same and steps required to augment supply of specific item or increase affordability of specific item important for health of people in that particular region to make Healthy India in true sense

Unique health id and Health card can be created for individual citizens basis any of admissible records like Passport / Bank account / Vehicle registration / LPG connection / Ration card/Electricity connection/PAN card/Employee code/Aadhar card as deemed fit. Later this can be linked to online Insurance claim/settlement during hospitalisation and Receipts for Medical Reimbursement/Appointment with hospitals and doctors/Checking availability of prescribed medicine at nearest location/blood bank

My suggestion would be to create Health Exchange of India (probably first of its kind anywhere in universe) where all citizens / hospitals / doctors / Pharmacists / Home care service providers are connected and citizens are to be encouraged to upload their Vaccination details / Investigative reports / Doctor's prescriptions during hospitalisation or critical illness to make these available to any one whom citozen has authorised access to through unique health id allocated to all citizens

It should be then mandated that all employment related health checks should refer to this records and not insist on special checkup accept in cases where fitness is major component like security, police, armed forces.

eHealth Authority should create a BIG cloud storage facility inside Indian territory. It can be outsourced to IT companies whose stocks are traded in Indian Stock exchange. Using Aadhar card as userid, all medical docs like prescriptions, health reports should be updated. Doc/paramedical staff should have ability to access/upload the record. To begin with annual health check tax reimbursement shd be allowed only if the record is uploaded in the eHealthDB
