The biggest task is collecting and linking of medical data of each person irrespective of hospital, clinic or medical center. This can be done with the help of technology.Centralised data bank will make it easier to analyse and quick medical history of the person as well as it will help to identify the needed focussed areas.Aadhar cards are the best option to centralise & link all such various requirements.

The need to educate people regarding health. T.V, boards and hoardings are doing their work. but it sometimes become ineffective since people sometimes watch this with ignorant mind. The best technique must be to make it compulsary for all hospitals, dispensary and waiting rooms outside doctors clinic to install 1 LCD and topic related to health should be shown continuously, every patient will become a good listener, viewer and student at that time since he is a sufferer at that moment.

About the medical reports, again, this OTP wud be the reference for every1, but with a PIN given to the patient for security. if another doctor requires to see the reports, the patient may tell the PIN and then for security may change it again, using SMS facility. for this, all medical records must be online, which can be done if the person performing the tests, directly updates the data on the computer, which must be connected to internet thus data directly goes to the health ministry servers.

The OPD cards issued have a no. on it, this should be unique and must be sent on the mob. no. of the patient or guardian as an OTP via SMS(as every1 doesn't has access to internet) for record. Appointments must be fixed by the hospital reception staff, and patients be called in particular slots. Moreover, if there is any delay due to any reason, the staff must update the delay duration and the server wud send SMS to the patients about the delay, so that they could manage their time of job, etc.

Health Portal should be setup which will integrate all worldwide breakthrough works in field of health and medication and even best healthy practices followed around world. Further Medical Practioners, paramedical staff and public in general should be encouraged to access them and try to implement such practices and findings countrywide.

Health cards should be issued to every citizen from new born baby to senior citizen. for adults these health cards can be mapped to his/her aadhar card. but in case of minor, it can be mapped to his/her guardian's card. all the work from registration to treatment can be paperless if everything will be online. Also all the patients should have excess to his/her health details only.

Everything in case of health should be online from issuing a registration slip to issuing of prescription. so, that a doctor can easily know the history of patients, his medicinal intake, his allergies, his previous ailments. because all the ailments are interconnected and every patient does not know the fact.
