Since there is a shortage of MBBS doctors in our country, i suggest that BHMS doctors can be granted an equivalent status by the Medical Council of India subject to certain conditions. For example, the MCI may conduct an exam/orientation course for the certification of BHMS doctors before granting them certificate. This will help in increasing the Medical Work Force which will result in more people getting good quality medical services.

National e-Health Authority (or Security). Link all Voter Ids/Adhaar Cards/PAN with a health card without any additional effort by the citizen of India. The Govt. must allocate more budget towards Health facilities, which includes Medical/Hospitalization insurances, for all the citizen. Update health facilities (medical equipments/dedicated doctors)in all Govt Hospitals. Provision to report medical negligence. Cost of medical help can be decided based on the person's income with I-T Dept help.

National e-Health Authority is great move by Government. In my view government should Issue a Health Card to all Indian Citizen ,which content health report of particular person in Detail . Health card Should be just like motor vehicle registration card , Driving licence card, including a chip which include status of health of particular person.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY must ensure Central Govt Health Scheme(CGHS) does not discriminate in any manner between similarly placed CGHS beneficiaries and all such similarly placed CGHS beneficiaries at par in all respects. For the last more than a decade it's not extending its cashless transaction (credit) facilities for medical treatment in Private empanneled Hospitals at par with other Central Pensioners.

Sir, I suggest that the Govt. institute a NATIONAL POISON CENTER. This should be made contactable by all Indian doctors and paramedics 24 Hrs to get advice on the management of POISONING, SNAKE BITE etc.throughout India. This is certain to save many precious lives. Thanks. Dr.G.Ravichandran
