Hon'ble Sir I see lot of time taken to settle the service matters in Central Administrative Tribunals which is not necessary. Certain cases number of year to take decision in CAT. Actually they need to obtain both parties views on the subject and if necessary one or two hearing on the matter. Lengthy proceedings cost government lot and number of disposal of cases drastically reduced. Thus sir, I may suggest there should be a time limit for deciding a case in CAT. C.Rajagopalan

Medical coding a budding industry in outsorcing sector has huge potential for domestic market. Along with employement it can avoid irrant billing by pvt or govt hospitals enabling proper control and audits and surely will improve sentiments of potential forgein and domestic investors in medical insurance in india as everything will be reviewed and documented.

Great Initiative. Draft looks well researched. Our country needs to adopt a national goal of improving life expectancy for men to 77 and women to 80 years which is very standard for most of the developed nations. NHA could be the brain to drive strategies to achieve this goal.

Centralized "Electronic Medical Records" will be a valuable part of the future of health care in India. No matter where a patient goes within the country's, their primary health care data will be accessible to the treating physician. Doctors will then have access to complete medical records like allergies, past surgeries, substance abuse etc., thus avoiding unnecessary investigations and facilitating continuity of care. Link all hospitals and nursing homes with this database.
