The common ideology of people is to litter and to stop that they must be put under the watch of CCTV cameras monitored by local police and municipalities. If u police found someone littering they fetch him a fine of 1000/- in in front of others to make them aware that someone is watching them and next thing is installing dustbins at 500ms stretch because in worst case scenarios people can't carry any liquid waste & other substance in pockets to their homes , they needed to disposed right away .

Development describes the growth of humans throughout the lifespan, from conception to death. It is about people taking control of their own lives, expressing their own demands and finding their own solutions to their problems. Development, therefore, is a complex issue. A basic perspective equates development with economic growth but not human growth.

contd..In fact, it can acerbate the inequality problem as incomes rise only for a few. The poor continue to live in slums in big shining cities with poor nutrition, health and safety.Nations aren't just roads, big businesses, shining tall buildings; they are people, communities, genders, each of whose welfare and development needs may be different.

contd..We need human development also besides business growth. It means being healthy, well-nourished, literate, and having equal opportunity without fear. We need strong local governments, unbiased law enforcement and clean and effective public systems which work without prejudice.Similarly, a larger economy does mean growth but not development. It doesn't ensure appropriate wealth distribution, access to quality healthcare, housing or a safe environment.

I request Modi Ji to advice the people of India through Man Ki Baat, not to throw garbage in drain as drains are the life line of society. Plastic envelopes and plastic bottles should be banned in the interest of Country and Cleanliness. By banning plastic we could achieve the Mission of Swachh Bharat.

What is the kind of development India needs? Development in its simplest sense should be the ability of all Indians to realize their true potential without fear or obstacles. Development should address the lack of capabilities, knowledge, financial resources, and opportunity to step out of poverty and deprivation without fear. Development then is as much a process of providing services as of removing obstacles and giving freedom from all sorts of discrimination, exclusion, insufficient opportuni

contd...When there is a riot between two religious communities that's due to communalism. When religion is politicized for political, economic or other ends communalism emerges. Communalism is the major obstacle that tends to separate people on the basis of religion, language, territories and ethnic origin. It creates a group mentality which in turn generates selfishness and becomes the main obstacle to unity and peace.Communalism inevitably leads to communal riots.
