Respected sir,the motive for your swatch bharat is very good program and would just one big problem is that even after there been toilets and there is no one to take care of the public toilets,if you assign it to a private companies which you think will serve it better it will be a better option for getting toilets clean and usable.these private companies can put their own ads outside the toilets so that we can incur the expenses of salaries so that they can put free advertisements ,make toilets

i have some suggestions which can augment this clean india initiative...... - remove all stray animals from the streets who are fed by eatables and also excrete all around - challan all who throw away wastes from their cars/buses - challan people found spitting gutkas and chewing gums all around - both above can be done by installing hidden cameras at various places - remove unauthorised Kiosks, dhabas and encroachments from all places - authorised kiosks to ensure cleanliness around their areas by placing dustbins, else licences to be cancelled on third notice of violation - all Petrol Pumps should have mandatory Urinals; ATMs & Dustbins - all Traffic Lights should have mandatory Dustbins on both side pavements - all Market places should have an answerable mail ID to report dirtiness of in their respective areas and delayed response should have escalation matrix to penalise the body - beggars should be arrested by the police and sent to rehabilitation centres

in delhi i daily see people throwing garbage on the roads, even the educated people are also involved , they consider road as bins becoz we see clean habbits as commen sense, and they lack it. so why not it should be started from the schools. like on diwali students are asked to not to play with crackers. in some school student signs the bond to not pklay with crackers and also to convince their family also . so such kind of campaign can be started in schools regarding swach bharat.

i m an environment engineer and i want to give a suggestion that to make india clean indian gov. must draw its attention to develop the solid waste site and its recycling.there are many student like me working there project on it.and we must give our attation on collction of solid waste as well as its segregation. i found good mechanism in some areas of delhi where the workers collect the solid wastes from houses and segregates it.on private bases and they charge for it like 30 to 50rs only.

Manual Scavenging like cleaning of municipal Sewer Drains is still seen in Airoli, Navi Mumbai , Maharashtra. Poor people clean drains with only underwear on body & hands . No protective clothing is provided . They are hardly paid Rs 50-100 per drain Chamber . Exploitation of poor people is still in progress.Kindly look into. (Swyamsevak)
