i may not be an expert but please consider this every morning the prisoners in the prison cells sweeping the roads with their hands untied and feet tied with chains that way, they won't be able to escape and it'll be a big contribution to the cleanliness there are a lot of prisoners locked up early morning, under the supervision of certain officers, if they can contribute to cleanliness programme, it would be a big help.

In the rural areas we believe that 80% of the population would be able to accommodate toilet in their own house premises, however around 20% or so households may not have enough space to spare for the purpose. It is humbly suggested that, for complete coverage under this programme, appropriate community toilets should be provided wherever needed to make country 100% Swachh. Dr.HC Pande, VC Emeritus

The Govt must help the village to ensure that local art, craft, history, cuisine, clothing is preserved and promoted. The digital (bio metric) attendance system needs to be deployed across all Govt departments operating in villages to arrest absenteeism, otherwise it is seen that govt employees across all services (schools, hospitals, tehsils, distt centers) remain

The key suggestion for the Govt is establishment of a centralized service center which houses PDS shops, e-seva center, banks, ATMs, Public health center, waiting areas, separate toilets, accessibility for disabled and special arrangements of aged. The idea is to have a single/common place to access all the public services so that one need not run pillar to post for it. I suggest a Govt setup a community center which can be used by villagers to host their functions, health camps, cultural even
