Respected Sir, Bareilly municipal corporation implemented solid based management as for clean Bareilly but Retired Justice(SC) & NGT head Swatanter Kumar has stopped the project by taking 20 crore rupees given by Envertis university just did corruption for his personal benefits . Even Municipal commissioner of Bareilly tried to stop him but swatanter kumar fined 85 lakh on the municipal commissioner.. Please mention it as important issue of corruption by that kind of judiciary system Ankit

Varanasi has been the epicentre of Swach bharat but currently the city is in its worse state.. Lacks basic infrastructure,roads,pathways, plantation n power.. 9 months on..the city continues to sink n suffer... People visiting it feel ashamed n pained..I hope the urban ministry first should improve its condition before highlighting the glory of the city as it is only hurting the city's image as tourist only swear never to return.while leaving the city

Cleaning is only the half part. Any biomass when decays produces Methane in large quantity. Methane is 20 times more harmful to Ozone layer than CO2. Entire Biomass should go to digester and the Methane produced be utilized for Electricity generation and manure for cultivation.. .

Swachh Bharat is an excellent initiative by our Hon'ble prime minister and i would like to share some facts. 1: People throw wastes everywhere as there are no dustbins - Fine if found guilty 2: Urinate everywhere as there are no toilets - Fine if found guilty. 3: Spit all over the place as there is fear - Fine if found guilty 4: Fix broken footpaths. a considerably clean place will mostly remain clean than those which are broken and dirty. Collecting fines helps to rope in some money.

Idea for making Swachh Bharat as a Pride for every citizen, starts with home: 1.Make an Inspection team and certifying agency 2.Will inspect each house in the district and certify if found clean,proper sanitation in kitchen and toilets and outer premises. 3.Place a steel plate outside home as a certificate- "Swachh Ghar" 4.Similar Practices for each gully,Coloney etc.-"Swachh Gully,Swachh Coloney,Swachh Ganv etc." 5.People to renew the certificate every year.
