I was in Germany recently , there every super market and hypermarket sold water in a plastic bottle for 0.19 euro. However they charged 0.25 euro as a deposit for the bottel. Each super market had a automatic machine installed at strategic location to ensure the customer brings back the bottel and recycles it in that machine, it reduced a lot of waste across the city.

Sir the various company those sales shampoos, soft drinks in packets, oils, biscuits and others packing material, these packing product rappers spread here & there creates waste. They also offers various gifts on bulk sales like soft drink companies offers refrigerators, some companies T-shirts and others things."Why don't these companies being asked to offers big beautiful dustbins with some thousands of their packing items as gift."

I want take this issu in notice of Honour'le Prime Minister Sir that Swach Bharat Mission Cannot Be Started Without Installing Large Dustbins At Distance Of 50 meter each in market places and atleast 2 large dustbins at 2 corners of a street in residential areas which must cleaned at least thrice a day. Sir the adarsh gram yogana yojana under Haryana Govt. has been very successful but no steps have been taken so far in cleaning of cities. I think that 9 out of 10 people will use it if given

Clean India is the need of the hour.Everybody should realize its utility in their life. We should bring it into our practice in day 2 day affairs of life.Every time PM will not insist people to keep clean to their colony. As long as the inhabitants of that places realizes, nobody can make them clean. Our "Swachata Abiyan" should be such that, the people of that locality will involve themselves in cleaning their colonies along with some Local Dignitary as a stimulus measure, but not always.

Swatchh Bharat needs something like this to affect behavioral change http://www.thefuntheory.com/worlds-deepest-bin , The Fun Theory is an initiative of Volkswagen where in one example more people were collecting garbage and putting it in the bin because it was fun to do it. In the spirit of fun theory and gamification, we need to design how to encourage or reward people for not defecating in the open through behavioral change / modification

.Plastics cause the maximum pollution.Especially vegetable and fruit sellers are the biggest contributors to pollution by plastic.Plastic bag usage should be completely banned.Non-compliance should be punished with heavy fine of Rs.1000.

Plastic product is major part of garbage and due to mix with other domestic garbage become more dangerous. If government make initiative to aware civilian to keep dry garbage product which can be recycled and generate money also from them by keeping separate dust been at home or society. Also promote government and specially private agency to collect such recycle able product collection. It will definitely reduce negative impact of plastic and accumulation and cleaning problem due to such items
