Respected Mr. PM, In context of your Clean India movement I would like to pitch a idea of mine,as like Worker's Participation in Management (WPM),similarly, why can't we engage interested youths as Authorised Volunteer or a policing/monitoring authority, who must have the authority to collect FINE from public for littering (whenever they find so) & can take PUNITIVE ACTION,(where they will be paid out of their COLLECTION itself) otherwise, trust me sir,in cmng 50 yrs CLEAN INDIA can't be seen..!

Launch Plastic Collection Centres around the country to increase recycling of plastic which is a blight on the countryside & shore lines. Pay scavengers / collectors money for depositing plastic waste in Collection Centres. Install more 50 litre bins to collect waste in city centres & suburbs to encourage people to dispose off their waste properly. Increase competition to improve cleaniless by launching competition in villages , housing societies and suburban streets with score cards.

Gandhiji was against wine. Swachhata is needed by not giving fresh licences for Manufacture & sale of wine , Raid on unauthorised manufacturing of country wine , strictly not selling wine to persons below 21 yrs age . Dry day in a week to be declared in a country/state & strictly followed in country.(Swyamsevak since Childhood)

In Govt Nuclear Research organisation in Mumbai (white elephant), RTI queries are raised by employees. RTI is helpful to organisation. At Nuclear recycle Board , BARC( kalpakkam), Tamil Nadu , Project Director Sh. A.Roy threatens employees of disciplinary action /harasses /discourages for raising RTI queries .Swachhata / Cleanliness is needed in Govt Dept from discouraging attitude of management towards RTI . (From Swyamsevak since childhood)

IN Govt Research organization in Mumbai (White Elephant) , recently Symbolic Commissioning of plant was done for gaining appreciation and assignment after retirement. Few precommissioning steps were bypassed. There was safety incidence due to bypassing of procedures. Selfish personal welfare/gains is given priority over Organizational welfare. Cleansing in govt dept is required for above attitude (Swyamsevak Since childhood)

Respected PM Narendra Modi I think that people are still taking the Swacch Bharat Abhyan lineantly. They think it's not their work and they don't take part in it.I think immediately strict steps should be taken in which people should be punished if they spread garbage. This will lead to CLEAN AND GREEN INDIA. Jai Hind!!!
