Sir, I want to take your attention towards something that I have noticed today. Sir today I was travelling in a government bus and I notice that many people were eating fruit, chips, etc and they were throwing all the peals and wrapper outside the bus from window so one thought came to my mind that everywhere some notice or posters or banner or something like this needs to be pasted in all public bus , trains and all other modes of transport mentioned as "PLEASE THORUGH YOUR WASTE ONLY IN DUSTBIN

Prime minister modi ji Sir,I am watching on some news channels showed the dirtiness of railway pantries.this situation will not be changed without your strong attention. My suggestion is stop making foods in pantry car.make food courts on railway stations.food quality must be high standard as well as ISO standard.big size identity card with all details should compulsory provide for every catering staff.water prices of one litre should be reduced below 10 rupees for any company MRP price.

Also based on my experience in community I believe that unless there is a felt need amongst people to use toilets they will not use them even if government gives it free to people. Let us learn from Bangladesh, they created a felt need amongst people by public education and have succeeded in there programme... and also learn from our past mistakes.. see initially the population control program failed when it was target based
