In order to make people feel responsible, a fine should be levied upon littering anywhere. Also, to prevent it from corruption/bribery, the fine should be as less as Rs 10/- so that people would prefer paying fine than bribing the authorities. This way we may stop the citizens from dumping here and there

First steps towards Swachh Bharat in my view: - Dustbins at all public places monitored by civic agencies on a daily basis - Training for our civic bodies.... if they do not care for cleanliness, they will never be able to drive behavior - DO NOT ALLOW LOSE SAND/DUST- Biggest contributor to this are the municipal agencies who do not properly fill back dug up places and leave lose sand.... and construction sites that let lose cement / sand on the road...

There are no dustbins in my colony.its in raipur.so people throw garbage in open grounds.if dustbins are provided and cleaned regularly then people will not litter here and there.

The most important and primary thing to do is we should start cleanliness from us, from our family and from our house. The second thing to do by government is increase the number of dustbins at public places, daily cleaning of those dustbins, increase the cleaning staff, educate the cleaning staff to differentiate between dry waste and wet waste and dispose accordingly, make strict rules about cleanliness, take fine from those people who are throwing rubbish and splitting anywhere by e-challens.

First of all if we have to keep our India clean we have to start it from a small villages.now a days in village there is no facilities to throw garbage at a particular place.so people throw garbage anywhere. To stop throwing garbage anywhere we have to keep dustbin every house. As in city area there should be also have the facilities to collect the garbage every 1-2 days through a garbage vehicles.By doing this we can keep villages clean and supply the collected garbage to other place and use it.
