A mini speaker with pre-recorded messages like" Thank You" and other "fortune messages" like "your Day will be excellent today", can be attached to the garbage bins. Whenever a person opens a bin to drop a garbage, the speaker will get activated and wish him good luck and say thank you. In this way people will start using garbage bins to hear the fortune messages. About 300 messages in all local languages can be prepared.
