Why only sulabh complex for toilets? I wonder why people always have to look for sulabh complex, is there any way we can pass a mandate that each merchandise shop should have a toilet for their customers, if possible one for men and one for women, it will create a better alternative, I think it will eventually reduce the number of people who piss in the public, just an idea.

Challenge 10 people (Celebrity, Industrialist, Socialist, Corporates or Educational Institution) from each state(29 states) instead challenging in common, So that we can speed up the process and also Improvement can be seen in all the states simultaneously. Don't concentrate only on celebrities, Corporates and Educational Institution have both wealth and man power.

One thing is clear that the mission swach bharat is going such a way , just like a revolution . Every common man is joins and making clean india. In short of time i would like to say we should clean the road side, then we should move forward . I hope in short of time it will complete because people takes as revolution . It will happen Because this is young india.

Clean India Mission initiated by PM is awesome endeavor. Great success would come to government, if it establishes fool-proof government-public partnership system in each district of country to manage garbage, waste, recycle. India should co-operate with foreign companies to run/manage this.

In most of the metro cities we may not find garbage disposed on roads but we do find dust collected on the sides of footpaths and road divider which makes the atmosphere dirty. Its all because of the roads not joined with footpaths or footpaths not cemented properly on both sides till the end. This is one of the reason why india is the only country with the dirty vehicles on the road. Many countries uses the dust collector vehicles to rid off the dust at the edge of roads.

Everyone feels dustbins once in place shld solve the problem. But they have to sustain on their own, my suggestion wld be to have areas rented out to add agencies with ownership to keep place clean and up to the mark with proper signage and facilities. This shld include authority to fine and monitor, collection shld be shared with municipal authorities. Place will be clean as they will not get ads if place is unclean and ppl don't come, thus all end up happy.

Establish 150 new dustbins in major cities. Let NCR be a start. Try having fixed metal dustbins instead of the plastic ones.

establishing proper sewerage system in delhi may take some years but shorter interim solution to manage waste & sewage is very crucial for clean india mission. a) first flood roads with dustbins with proper maintenance follow ups by mcd. b) conduct massive awareness campaign for eg. conducting nukkad nataks, digital advertisement at main chowks, colonies etc. c) create an online portal for each constituency with its MLA & MP as admin where voters of that constituency can connect & communicate.

In continuation to my earlier post , the no of working hours should be reduced so that more people can earn something their sustenance. Further this would discourage union activities and at the same time provide some employment to keep them engaged.

Hon'ble PM Daily wagers are paid as per the min wages act which ranges from about Rs 280 to 320 for 8 hours .The govt employees are paid much higher. I would suggest that Instead no of govt employees should be reduced to supervisory level only and instead of paying a bigger amount to a single daily wager who in any case does not do his work sincerely, the amt could be reduced to Rs 100 per day and more no of people could be employed whose work could be supervised thereby generating employment.
