I am putting up in Rohini Sector-XI , but I think there is no seriousness of swatch bharat by safai karamchari . I am sharing with all the picture of dump and waste near my house. No one is taking this mess out from my neighbor. I had complaint fr this so many times with local sweeper but no action taken yet. please support.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister, In my opinion to initiate a clean India movement first of all what is neede to be done is to install dustbins in every corner of the street to prevent people from spitting tobacco and pan bahar on the roadside and roads here and there. Therefore I request you to please initite a project to install dustbins on the roads to stop people from littering and spitting.

By Brooming the street will not clean the area.How to keep the area clean is the main point. there require a system in place. In the city area most of the places nears shops are not clean and accumulate 'kachra' .Now municipalities to hire[not employ] people on commission basis to fine the shop keeper whose area[ between shop and road] is dirty. Responsibilities of keeping one's house /shop front area or back area lies with the owner of shop or house. penalize those who don't follow.
