A particular whistle with special sound should be popularized among people, which can be blown by any body who sees someone through garbage or spiting on public place.

Giving penalties seem practically very difficult especially when we have not even sufficient traffic police to manage traffic

Sir .even the gov put 1 dustbin per 10 meters ppl are going to spoil the soil bcoze its the mind set of ppl that have to be changed ...for that each street / society should perform seminars cum counselling programmes by diff volunteers or local bodies..

Mr Modi Ji, I would recomend to create a team who charge penalty who spread garbage. I still see so many people spreading garbage on road. Until challan would not charge people here cant become ethical. Please bring penalty system ASAP. I would be greatful for you and also create lots of dustbin so that people dont find difficult to find garbage. Most importantly ban red gutka which is difiicult to remove and those stains looks very ugly on road and on wall its very difficult to remove also.

The indian society has shown their support to mission clean india. But i feel very bad about our newz reporter i have seen many newz about garbage spreaded on road streets. Do our newz reporter are not indian ??cant they clean it?? Instead of showing garbage ,them self should clean garbage and then they should telecast it. It may result in cleanliness as well as inspiration to our citizen.

some times we fill that we have to work hard for the clean India movement. I fill so bad on our society that we are not understanding this. Before few days I was in a our historic City and I saw a seen which is really a shame ful for us. Pardon me to read this but it's imp to share. I saw a shopkeeper came out of his shop and on the same place in mid of market place he make Mac-water in front of his own shop. Market was full of the public but he don't care that. If we can't understand how clean.
