Sir if we really want to clean ganga then banned the production of all types of pan masala factories situated near ganga riverside. We had to leave the greed for taxes direct or indirect that we earn from them. All the tanneries should discharge their waste water only after thorough sewerage treatment.

We in our colony are trying to uplift grabge cleaning. But in absance of efective collection & disposal system finding it difficult to achieve the goal. Suppose government starts buying garbage directly at the trenching yard people like 'atale vala' or 'kabadi' will start collecting garbage and selling. Govt can save money being spent on cleaning & collection and that can be used to buy the garbage.

The main issue here is how to mak the initiative sustainable!. I saw lots of banners, hoardings, etc.. about Swachh Bharat during August, but now, the i have hardly seen any... Govt should offer certain incentives to each street, area or town in terms of local tax consessions, etc.. so that it motivates the people to keep their surroundings clean. A counsellor should be appointed to monitor his respective area and educate his folks on the same every week by conducting a meeting with them.

Dear Sir, Its now in your hands to educate & motivate all the people of India not to waste water by spreading on the roads. It also relates to cleanliness of our country. People spread as well as waste water by washing their vehicles, passage, corridor, front face of their homes. It is not good practice & it is in our habits & trying to evaluate our self as we are doing in a standard manner. Please tell strictly all those to stop such practices. Prashant
