We expect, Ms Lekhi who was seen with you initiating this program at Balmiki colony, to set an example in her constituency. INSTALLING DUSTBINS FIXED TO THE GROUND AT CERTAIN INTERVALS AND IMPOSING A HEAVY FINE ON THOSE WHO LITTER SHALL WORK WONDERFUL...A STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN...INDIA CAN BE AS VLEAN AS AMERICA AND LONDON, CAN'T IT ? Cleanliness should become the the essential value instilled in children and schools can play a big role in this. A habit of taking responsibility of keeping the surroundings clean on oneself can be taught effectively in the schools and with in a short time we will have a generation which will start giving it due importance.

We need to take firm Swatch Bharat Compliance policies to make the Campaign successful. I am sharing few of my ideas after understanding our culture and people mentality. 1. There should be Swatch Bharat compliance for Industries, Offices, Schools, Malls, Apartments, upcoming layouts, existing layouts and also individual houses. Those who follow the compliance should get 1% discount on property tax or some attractive offers for certain number of years.

2. Keeping complaint boxes around should also be made as Swatch Bharat Compliance. We need to monitor whether the compliance is followed by industries, offices, schools, malls or public places by keeping the complaint boxes. If govt receives certain number of complaints, the respective property owner should not get the benefits promised.

3. Introduce how to keep our self and country clean in academics. It should have practical classes from nursery itself. Seeding the idea of cleanliness in the young minds will definitely be fruitful after 10-15 years. 4. We have so many malls in the cities but few toilets hidden at some corners. A rule should be made wherein each and every mall/hospital/public buildings should have toilets in North-West or South-East (as per vaastu). This will help public to locate the toilets in that direction

5. Each private/public apartment should have a toilet. The number of toilets depends upon the area of the apartment. This is for visitors, maids, securities who mainly go outside and deface. 6. In each floor of public/private buildings dustbins should be places near the corner of the stairs, near the door entrance of the lifts, behind the entry or front doors dustbins should be present.
