respected Mr PM, greetings, finishing all leaves and converting them into need based leaves,this will increase availability of employees in Govt. offices and will prevent escapism from work and also Govt offices will be oopen all the year and will also increase the facility in public conviences. the giving Child care leave to Female employees is causing the severe man power loss as no of females are increased with time and this like increasing beggarship or bheekshavriti or bhikaari pana.

respected PM sir, I just want to say that all the leaves of govt. employees shud be finished except maternity in case of females.all the leaves shud be converted in to need based leaves,i.e. if 12 leaves are falling in a year then those 12 leaves shud be changed in to need based leaves,fixed days shud be removed,if some wana celebrate Diwali he can take leave he who does not wana celebrate he shud come in to office and can take leave any other time,this will increase availability of employees

mr PM,greetings,I felt strong concern of deteriorating Govt setuo I want to propose that previous Govt has started child care leave for female employees,as Govt is strenghting women in jobs,if these female will be given 2 year leave who will work against them,this has boosted the escapism from work and also tendency of beggarship.this is like same giving some one two year pay in Bheek(alm),all the casual leave shud be cancelled and converted in to need base leaves.this will boost work in govt

In India the present services & Rehabilitation concentrate more on the once the onset of disability is confound in the persons however, the early childhood disability service that is up to 6 years services needs to be strengthened in order to prevent the damages and disabilities among the persons with disabilities today we have a disabled adult who were not provided with early intervention services, if the services could have been provided at the age of early child hood their fate is different.

1. Differently Abled people must get a voice in Apex Bodies like " Niti Aayog" 2. Educational Qualification like Matriculation/Degree should not be a requirement for a Differently Abled person to seek admission in Skill Development courses like painting, textile designing, Fitter, Electrician, Plumber etc. 3. teacher's training course does not prepare teachers to handle the differently Abled kids. That should be part of the course.

WHATEVER SCHEMES AND INITIATIVES ARE TAKEN, IT SHOULD NOT ONLY BE IN BLACK AND WHITE.. SHOULD ACTUALLY BE IMPLEMENTED AND REACHED TO THE TARGET.
