ALL the PSUs need to be alerted to be truly service oriented. I wonder if you would ever read this or any action would be taken in this connection or even if this communication would be acknowledged. Good governance begins here. Best wishes, nevertheless, for your success in your undertaking. Truly, Hemendra A. Mehta.

All the PSUs, particularly insurance companies do need to be asked to be people oriented and not to make the policy holders to fight the monoliths. I am 80+. I am having a medical health insurance with the New India Assurance Co. for more than a decade. And, still, they have rejected my most simple claim. None of the Government agencies like the Ombudsman, Insurance Council or even the Finmin have cared to respond to my appeals to them. This is atrocious. ALL the PSUs need to be alerted to be

I heartily reciprocate your feelings, Narendrabhai. I do most earnestly wish, we shed the Congi culture under the Italian and her Indian sycophants and, under your leadership, reestablish the greatness to our nation which it rightly deserves. It is gathered that, discounts are not offered in respect of Air travel fares, to persons with disability, on the Domestic sectors of Air India. This is not appear to be in keeping with the Social Justice, as Indian railways are having better, fair and justifiable approach to provide fare concessions. Persons with disabilities are more in need to travel fast to destinations for Medical, Rehabilitation and for justifiable livelihood. The G.o.I. may take a view in the matter and arrange suitably.

Specially-abled should mainly be encouraged by their neighbours. first of all we must not treat them as a child. never speak about their disability in front of them , encourage them not just by words but by your soul. Never speak low of their esteem in their view and this is what they need to be brave by their heart and mind . Our government must create a disability accessible neighbourhood for them by creating a favour pedstrains.

At Individual Level, one who is on his own and can spare accomodation should adopt the aged relatives or near relatives and provide the treatment and medicines,as fuel and electricity with water and allow them to live on their own in their old days. I have been lucky to have this opportunity and some people may be interested to see my sister and brother in law who are 76 and 79 years who was having a heart attack and have diseases of gall bladder and prostate gland. They have a good life.

Government should provide free training to those willing to help specially abled. There are lack of awareness and trainers who can train and take care of special children.
