we required some change in education system . we cannot force anybody to show normal emotion. its now compulsory to start social education for 2 m0nth from 8th stand. their should be choice in between , 1 ) service at oldage home . 2) orphanage home. 3) drug rehabilitation center. 4) remand home. 5) at school for disabled and in special child. these all can change the attitude of young genration towards these people . now youngester have no soft emotion because of competition.

This must be brought to your kind attention and notice that the Senior Citizens are the worst affected when it comes to book their seats 60 days in advance for their long distance journeys viz, Bangalore, Chennai, Madurai, Rameshwaram, etc and other South bound journeys from Mumbai, the reservations staff refuse to book for the Senior citizens Lower Berths seats in the 2ACs and 3ACs and simply disappoint them and book them to the Upper Berths when they are unable due to age and health

Let me congratulate PM for picking this topic of Caring for Specially Abled persons as an important agenda for the govt. Being a proud father of specially abled son I must first bring in your notice the mental and financial stress that parents undergo in their rehabilitation due to non friendly policies or unawareness. So I must suggest that PM should first create database of all such persons and provide necessary assistance to them in terms of education and finance directly like DBTL.

Read it (most important) FROM Arvind Khamitkar , I.A.S, Director of Medical & Research Div, Chennai Dear Friends, A few weeks ago, in a movie theatre, a person felt something poking from her seat. When she got up to see what it was, she found a needle sticking out of the seat with a note attached saying "You have just been infected by HIV". The Disease Control Center (in Paris ) reports many similar events in many other cities recently. All tested needles were HI V Positive.

***In Continuation to my previous point**** i was not even able to recognize his sickness for many many days. he is working to separate solid and recycling waste. so here you see two good things are been done (employment and recycling). like wise.. i see people selling some tissues and useful things on streets . They are on there own. Similarly, exercising infrastructure can be provided to regain fitness for a person who is not physically fit.
