How do you think we can further change our outlook and attitude towards the specially-abled? What efforts do we need to take in bringing them to the mainstream?

Honorable Sir, Greetings!I would like to bring into your notice some malpractices by Dispur Polyclinic,Guwahati. My father was diagnosed with pneumonia and was in ICU for 5 days whereby, the hospital billed us 500 hand gloves (100 per day) , each packet costing Rs 550. I inquired with other hospitals and they opinion-ed that an AIDS patient also doesnt require so much.I demanded clarification, but there was no reply. I have the bills. Many others are doing such business. Kindly interrupt. Thnks

Modiji today i was going in a car where a transgender dressed as a female was asking for money. suddenly an idea struck in my mind which i wanted to share with you. A task force can be created with reservation only for transgenders who can be utilised for traffic maintenance helping the poor in crossing the roads etc. it will definitely improve their morale and the public view towards them.

5. Physical Disabled Person should have the system to call out for immediate help. 6. Educate the common public, what kind of task can be given to them and encourage them to employ those. Lot more can be done with little money, which can be life transforming for those different (EN)abled people

Some of the solution could be 1. better footpath, it helps old age, visually & physical disability persons and common public 2. footpath should be synched with public transport system, so that it enables them to move around without any physical assistance. 3. RFID/equivalent system on bus stops will help visually challenged people to track the bus timing and approaching buses. 4. every signboard should read out the text to visually challenged person.
