How do you think we can further change our outlook and attitude towards the specially-abled? What efforts do we need to take in bringing them to the mainstream?

The Health Insurance facility for Differently able is not properly available in India, the Insurance companies do not issue the Health Insurance, only option is NIRAMAYA but that is restricted to Rs 1 lakh per Year, which is quite less considering present medical / hospitalization charges. So the concerened ministry should revisit the limit for Medical/Health insurance for differently able

Every change comes from the change within and we change when we change our atitude and our perspective, Thus a little shift in our attitude and perspective to see things really makes a lot of difference. Similar thing is applied when we see Specially abled people. Rather then showng pity on them, show them your hands for help because they are no different from us rather then they are part of our society. Thus opportunuties should come for them in the form of equality in every sphere of life i,e educational facilities and job opportunities. Beacause a nation develops with the development of all.

I understand these backward categories are not financially good so my suggestion is rather making reservations on caste basis modulate it on the basis of family income. Thereby any student either of backward category or of general category can make his life better. I know this is an highly offensive matter but i am ready to have any discussion on this topic my making it a part of our law without creating any offense.

A real life example which hapened to me when i gave UPTU entrance exam for MBA i scored A.I.R. 809 and one of my close friend of SC category scored A.I.R.3600+. We tried to get admission in one college in which candidates above A.I.R. 1000 can't get admission but my friend was able to make it as his SC rank was under 200. In U.S.A. the government asked the black race for reservation but they didn't accepted.

Dear Sir, One of my biggest concern in making our country a much better place is the reservation system in education and government jobs. All candidates falling under general category have only 50% of the available vacancies in education and govt. jobs like IAS etc. or they have to wait for any leftover seats by SC, ST and OBC candidates. The reserved seats are therefore being occupied by people who are not equal or doesn't even stand half of the the other meritorious general category students.

Autism is a InvisBle condition not yet recognized as a disability in India. Autism is the 3rd common development disability in the world. Autistic individuals don't get any concessions, no reservations. People usually associate disability with a wheelchair. Autistics benefit from a positive attitude and Visual supports and a predictable environment. Most people don't want to give them these as They think individuals with autism are just misBehaving. These are simple accommodations

The earlier government has given a tax exemption of mere RS50K long back and that is too less. I don’t think the gov. needs to take any money from such ignored community to run the gov, being said that I don’t mean they should be totally exempted as they also need to contribute to the National growth. I recommend to have a flat 10% cut after the Normal tax exemption for the differently abled person. If not possible minimum give 2.5 Lacs additional exemption so that they live better life.
