our parents who are 70 years or more, due to poor quality/polluted food, air and water, are also now facing large number of disabilities associated with age like alzheimer, parkinson, joint pains and range of old age diseases. As on date, the d/o disability affairs, is looking only after born or acquired disabilities. there is need to treat senior citizens over 70 as special citizens. new deptt of senior citizens welfare under MSJE should be announced in budget 2015-16 with health concessions.

New Disabilities Bill is pending in Rajya Sabha. Already there are so many weaknesses in the same. With delay of each day; we are neglecting social justice to the differentially-abled. Take concrete steps in the direction of building an inclusive society. If an estimated 10 % of the country falls into this category;then we are talking about the rights of 20 crore population. Please be the voice of the speechless, the engine of the wheel chair and consciousness of the Persons with Special Needs

In order to provide proper accessibility to the specially abled persons, we need to educate the junior engineers / sub divisional engineers to provide proper road geometrics to whatever they construct, as the present constructions are not at all at par with international standards

We should changed our attitude to differently able people. Yes They may not be able to work like us. But they have some specialty in some specially fields which we don't have. So we should always respect them and also help them when they need. We should always concern that such type of people should not feel that they are special. If we think like that than our attitude will changed automatically. Thank you.
