best way to change attitude towards specially abled is to make the public places and means of commute more accessible for them which would make them more self reliant and help them lead a more normal life

1)Be part of their activities,hobbies, new opportunities in job and life.2)Trying to understand their shortcomings, difficulties and solve them with them as per their expectations.3)Give Social group like NGO or someone actual support via mobile app or land line nos,etc along with ID card to these people. On call lock help would be given asap.4)Involve their talent in our day to day life and behave with them as they are part of us and not a pity category of people.5)Conduct interactive sessions.

A change in attitude is much called for & most importantly we need to understand what kind of "change" this would be? No, the differently-abled should not be looked down with pity over their condition. This is the first change we need to bring in. Treat them with respect, not pity.

We all have come to know that our Honourable Prime Minister has taken the decision to put his over coat on an auction and the amount that will be raised from the sale of the over coat will be generated for the cleaning purpose of Ganga river. It would have been a nice gesture of him if he could invest those money for the development of infrastructure of the thousands of schools for the children with disabilities that are run by non-profits making NGO's.

The Swacchh Bharat campaign should be started from educating people. The Ganga River is our pride and we will definitely take major steps to save her. We are all known about the Ganga River is borne for being clean of sin of others. How to clean the Ganga within 200 years ? we don't know. But children have need education for special children. Request that the CCPD or his representative may done surprise checks in Govt offices and Offices of CPSUs to ensure the compliance of the guidelines (Most of the CPSU offices are yet to constitute the Grievance redressal system for PwD employees, not providing suitable furniture and aids, reluctunt to foloow the guidelines in transfer and posting, reservation in promotion and the Special additional leave. Request the authorities to ensure to comply the guidelines.

i want to help to spread awareness for eye donation but don't know how to start.any one working in this field can help me.

The Cheif Commissioner for disabilities and Minstry of Social Justies to ensure that the Guidelines issued by ministry of P&T, MoSJ regarding providing the facilities to Employees (PwD) is complied or not in Govt offices, CPSUs, State Govt offices and other Public offices. Most of the CPSUs are still reluctunt to complied the same as the number of differently abled employees are less and non united and non awareness.

we can effectively promote eye donation in mass by providing some incentive to the family of the deceased person like free health coverage for two year to each family member.

Please let us know how can issue aadhaar card by disable people because they are unable to visit aadhaar card centers. Kindly provide facilities they can get aadhaar card at their own place.
