Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

Respected Prime Minister Sir Yesterday I saw Hon'ble Railway Minister to present Rail budget. The idea came to my mind, is it possible to present these important events in different ways in todays context, for example, power presentation of such events. taking this idea further how would you like to take something ' Presentation to the Nation' by yourself with visual aids in todays digital world. And what would be a better or bigger platform than our Parliament. Regards mudit

is bar ka rail budgut sabse achha hai kyonki pichhli sarkaro ne sirf lubhavne ghoshnaye hi karti thi lekin is bar railwar ki suvidhao ka khyal rakha gaya hai hum ishwar se prarthana karenge ki suvidhao ko jald jald puan karne ke liye meri sarkar ko shakti de.

manyavar PM JI hum janna chahte hain ki bharat sarkar ki yojna hai ki 2022 tak har vyakti ko pakka makan mile lekin jis vyakti jis jagah par janm hua ho aur uska pura pariwar lagbhag 60varsho se adhik samay se vaha rahta ho aur kisi tarah se apne pariwar ke liye mehnat karke ghar banaya ho uske parivar ko kisi karan se ek notice de diya jaye aapka ghar jaldi hi gira diya jayega to vah vyakti kya karega.

Respected railway minister of india, हम सब जानते है कि इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई में दो बार ट्रेनिंग करनी पड़ती है। तो क्यों ना जहाँ रेलवे की वर्कशाप और डीजल शेड है। वहां के सरकारी कॉलेज के बच्चों को २०० से ३०० रुपये लेकर रेलवे की तकनीक से अवगत कराया जाए और रिसर्च के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाए। राजस्व भी आयेगा ये अभी फ्री है। ये मई से जुलाई में करवाये । इसमें और भी सुझाव है।

In agriculture sector, setup & implement Mutual Fund like farming arrangement (1) create shareholder who provide land (2) who do farming (3) who manage transportation to market (4) Agri expert who advise on farming technologies (5) other stakeholder --> Scheme (a) All these ppl hold certain %age of shares in farming profit (b) their share is based on market competition (c)This bring money, machine, men together (d)All stakeholder mostly within city (e)Benefical & Alternative to Corporate farming

At the 1-year mark of the current BJP government's tenure, I would suggest a live forum in which supporters from India and abroad can interact with the PM and his cabinet to discuss issues/demands and at the same time, the government can inform us about initiatives for year-2. There is a lot of anxiousness within the hearts and minds of many supporters post-LS 2014. Some feel that the party is moving away from ideology and campaign promises. This initiative would help in this regard. Thanks!

It is truly heartening to see the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan gaining momentum. It is a continuous process asking for sustainable efforts and innovative thinking and understanding of the behavioural patterns of different sections of the society. In my opinion most important is sound mindsets of the people of India. This will have direct ramifications in all walks of civic life of this country. We strongly require 'SWACHH MANAS ABHIYAAN' before or along with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Innovative method to create Govt revenue:(1) Govt should act like Venture capitalist (2) Invest vast capital in remote rural areas where no other investors/institutions go (2)Operationalize services, industries, factories, social programs in businesslike manner in 3-5+ yrs (3)Govt to disinvest to recover its investments at huge profits in areas where private business can play meaningful role (4)Use the proceeds to invest in other rural places for development (5) Start perpetual revenue steam.

I strongly suggest you to create new customized home made(Indian) operating system for computer system in all governmental setups ( as China doing) which is must in security of country is concerned. Digital lockers should have random address which should be untraceable by hackers. It can be well used to store data of each individual citizen under governmental authority which really helpful to citizens especially when joining, leaving a governmental service or getting aid/fundetc from government
