Hello Sir, I am writing it to you about my journey in Indian Rail, I was travelling from Delhi to Guwahati in Dibrugarh Rajdhani. I want to put some points infront of you about my bad experience. The services of the train was bad but now it has became worse. Earlier FOOD was bad, now it is even worse, food was old, tasteless cold and foremost very badly cooked. Even when it came to basic hygiene the toilets were dirty for whole journey of 27 hrs. Request you to please look into the matter.

There should be mitigation measures in India, unlikevthe west who thrive a living out of Fradulent Claims ! Except denying the misinterpretated fradulent claimscthere should be Penal provision - not akin to community service- but nonbailable Frauds !

remove the authority of protocol lights ( red, blue , yellow lights) , withdraw the special protection from each n every minister and politician , as they are representative of mass people then why they be treated as vvip, only the security is for president of republic of india , prime minister of republic of india and their counterparts in the respected states of bharat . if the ministers and politicians require security or assistants then they can even hire from the govt on handsome amount

to minimise and eradicate corruption , each department must be under survillence of cctv , fast track report filing process against guilty, guilty officer must not be suspended , there is direct termination f officer from the services and will not get any other job in his/her life time , not even get the opportunity to start any business or other source of income . fine on such guilty must be 500% of the total amount calculated

bharat must have single point taxation system , remove all taxes and dissolve the taxation slab and make direct tax payable to each n everyone imposing with reasonable taxes , this may bring down the inflation , share the taxes with states from where the people / pancard holder paying tax , motivate n aware to common people about paying the single point tax give them its advantage in field of health security cover, education , infrastructure ,etc, its a wide issue to debate and implement

Establish full fledged working e-portals for popular destinations offering virtual end to end tours of the tourist experience. Portal will offer various options of safe & reliable travel, fares, places to see, places to stay, eating places etc. This way tourists are informed, know where to go and what to do without the fear of being duped. It is important that the available information on the portal is dynamic & realtime with names & contact numbers of various public & private services updated.

now we should stop talking about past we have to move forward so that our INDIA will get better in living standards then any other place in world

After worst ever regime of Congress under Manmohan who worked at the instance of Sonia Gandhi for 10 years, People of India can at least think of making India incredible under Modi Govt. regime in next 5 years. Now at Govt. offices positive response is received. Govt, servants have become more responsible in disposing off their duties. If high value denomination notes are removed from the circulation, corruption would be reduced to a large extent. Black money should be brought back in India

Please sir re - seadule the train time in sealdah station . From many year this is been a big problem. There are many train which is unnecessary. Please PM Modi solve this problem. Simply more than 1 hours we have to stay in station for unnecessary local . Then after 1 hour to much crowd. Reason for reseadule :- to many people go by this train , unnecessary local one after another.
