In continuation to my recent post,I would suggest that every house of the village should be solar powered.Bio fuels to be used for cooking and the village should be made clean and green by plantation of trees and regular cleaning .The waste should be treated properly and if possible can be processed for use of bio fertilizer.regular health check up camps to be organised for all the villagers for better health and priority should be women and children.

Development without control in population growth is meaningless exercise as poverty and gap between the rich and poor will always increase in absolute numbers irrespective of the growth rate leading to decadent Society. Effective enforcement of Family Planning norms to all the citizenry a must.
To appreciate and understand the role of farmer and soldier in providing us with food and physical security, mandatory farm and military service to be considered for a period of one and two years resptly

MPs should be asked to connect themselves with the people of their constituency by means of websites like my gov. This might help them to know about the skills & talent of their nirvachan shetra. such people should be involved in Planning, Field work ,Technical assistance etc.Participation of people of the villages must be ensured in adarsh gram yojana.

To make an adarsh Gram of 21st Century, establishing a village node to link to the internet is essential.Volunteers from Colleges and even students of English-Medium schools could man the node to give demonstration& info on Govt schemes, subsidies and world-wide Agricultural best practices in a Q&A format.Such a node requires just 2 PCs,one Solar power supply Backup and one AIRTEL/RELIANCE 3G DONGLE (Issued in name of village for internet connectivity).Total max Cost Rs 5 Lakhs per village.
