The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

Adarsh Gram -Facilities to be considered are-Solar Lights,Roads & Drinking Water.We can also introduce "Small Clinic" in such Gram.Road Side Plantation,Public Toilets at fixed distances,Bus/Local transport Stoppage.Apart from this "Organic Farming Institute in Such Grams will be helpful". "Rain water harvesting",If We can provide "Pump Station and Water Pipes passing through maximum farming land, it may be very useful for farmers"Kisan Help Centers can also be part of Adarsh Gram"

9 proper fuel system as biogas solar cooking 10 low cost housing 11 low cost transport system for movement of food vegetable 12 proper agricultural input regarding seed fertilizer 13 agriculture school veterinary college 14 proper hospital 15 generic medicine availability 16 workshop to improve local language skills development e education 17 court and police college near places 18 volunteers base for proper education and guidance and give information about facility if we do reduce migration

Gram is backbone of nation now in 65 years we already tried to develop gram but what happens due now proper follow up so gram reduce and cities develops if we want to Adarsh gram 1 provide drinking water 2 build roads 3 toilet for each 4 if agriculture base develop food industry as flour mills from grains dairy for milk processing cloth making unit dal drying and processing unit 5 solar and wind energy system 6 cold storage unit 7 proper education system 8 sanitation and recirculation system

its good idea, but sanitation of school then public , then individual house hold should have been i n priority list. MP should have been forced to get this done in 2-3 yrs.the venturing into adarsh gram justified, imagine place adjacent defaecating in open place. u can reconsider the priority for good.

MOST IMPORTANT: Although our brother Kashmiri are facing biggest ever disaster, but “every disaster is an opportunity”. For sustainable development of a village there should be the following recharging of water resources,waste collection and biomass collection,production of electricity and manure from them,solar power ,livestock development,hospitals with adequate facilities,schools,paddy fields and vegetable cultivation in group and individual compounds,weekly market for procurement and selling ,logistics support for marketing the village produces and supply of manures and fodders,digital connectivity,water

Narendramodiji,when farmers become rich then only India become rich.That depends on Rural area farmers.So,Please consider my request ,and give the order to supply water from somasila reservoir to Ananthasagram,Atmakur mandal farmers for 2 crops per year.

My special request Narendra modiji,Please consider this request and do the justice for my area people.Sir,I belongs to Manchalapalli,Ananthasagaram,nellore district,Andhra pradesh,India.My area is very near to Somasila Project sir.But Our area people getting the Reservoir water for only one crop for year.But farthest area people getting the reservoir water for 2 crops.Sir,My area People are very poor.Please consider my request and give the order to supply the water for 2 crops for year sir.
