Like there is Public Private partnership in big level. There can be the same in the small level in villages also where public and private people can bring together development of the villages.

for the ideal village,first we have to take into account the essential parameters such as food,shelter,clothings,health,cleanliness,electricity,women empowerment,village planning,village tourism etc.Government should judge the work done by MP or MLA in his constituency on the basis of these parameters.

NGO(s) as "Partners in Progress" : A different & innovative approach towards comprehensive & collective development of several small villages with help of NGOs is also mentioned in the attached documents.

The Govt. & Local Administration will ensure proper backing & assistance for smooth execution of the NGO activities. The govt. will be solely responsible for roads, bridges, housing & school & sports ground, electricity supply, telecom & internet connectivity and providing good medical facility. NGO(s) will look after issues like Quality Education, Cleanliness & Hygiene, Water Conservation, Rainwater Harvesting, Soil & Forest Conservation, Tree Plantation, Alternative Energy, Waste management & Waste to Energy methods to meet the energy requirements. It will also look after Agro Industry and facilitate new experiments to improve the soil health & promote organic farming to increase the yield. Livestock farming to increase “Pashu-Dhan” (Cattle Wealth) & increase milk production.
