Education to poor children is not up to the mark. They also need quality education like other rich students.
They shld also participate in extra curricular activities for their proper mental and physical growth.

we should design each village long before it transforms into bigger version.like small city or town. a 50 yr plan should be ready for a village and progress on that. Lets start makeing smart villages first and then all villagers will not leave their homes and come to city. reverse migration to villages. A village must have basic sytems like water, sewer, power, internet, lab, doctor, hospital, bank, school a self sustained village....weall can call it sustainable village.

First we need to drastically do something to clip the powers of corrupt Talathi, tehsildars and sub divisional officers who are being caught by the ACB on a daily basis. To reduce tensions we must revise the Tenancy laws/Acts because zamindari is over and we need to respect the right to property of all.

Each MP should invite people and NGOs from his entire constituency as per their expertise and interest to dedicate time for the village selected. For this every MP should have his own website under the main parliament website and regular update of his/her activity and development should be posted along with the availability of funds and expenditure. Through this website people of his/her constituency can join and make suggestion and give inputs.

MGNREGA is a good scheme to create earning opportunities in villages but was not implemented effectively so far. We should outline definite tasks/ goals and bring in some sense of accountability as well as responsibility of uplifting villages and we may also link it with sansan adarsh gram Yojna as workers will be required to make any village adarsh. As a start a task of building toilets in villages may be given under MGNREGA.

Cities like mumbai, kolkata, pune are developed in Half hazardous manner and it's not possible to redevelop them. Hence it's a kind request to you sir to look after the cities which are on the verge of growth and development. I can give you some examples. My own city Dhule, not so developed yet. A PANJHARA river flows through our city. Today it is possible to make roads wide, clean the river, clear the encroachments.but after few ýears, when population will be increased, its not possible.

State Level Industrial Development Corporation forming was foolish scheme which created dirty crowding of at few places and the problems of basic amenities, slums many more.Instead let there should be pentagonal village level; Panchkroshi Ind. Estates designed by T.P. but under the control of group of villages local bodies. so that there may not be the problems of laborers to industries as well as farming. Agriculture & manufacturing industries are the main sources of generating money & not IT
