1500 व्यक्तियों पर एक constable(एक रिपोर्ट )।

The chosen village, at the end of the term i.e. should have a primary school, a dispensary, a post office, a bank, a community center, a common toilet, a market, a pond, a playground, a motorable road upto the village, electricity connection, mobile phone charging facility etc.

So far results are concerned, the resultant parameters should be equivalent to that of Human Development Index and/or Millennium Development goals of UN. This way, we can proudly say that these adarsh villages meet internationals standards.

1. For an MP,one village is very small entity. Since villages co-exist in clusters & are, normally, situated nearby to one another administratively/ geographically/ for needs requirements. So an MP should adopt a cluster of villages instead of one or more village(s). Given the scale and type of programs to be implemented, it will be very much economically feasible to execute and deliver these projects when these will be implemented at large scale for a number of villages rather for one village.
