Public Utility Services in cities should be asked to give their email ids, phone nos., names of concerned persons etc. on their website so that when a citizen needs to contact them for complaints or suggestions it can easily be done. Today one is ignorant as to who should be address where.

As we come to know the circle rates of the areas are decided. Can it not be decided for the rates of grooms in the market of marriage as the expenses should be done as per the qualification of the boy. The rate of an engineer, doctor etc should be decided. Parents those who have eligible daughter's have to marry them to the match not equal to them due to deficiency of funds to be given in their marriage. We are saving girl child in present but to save their future there is a need to think more.

Class room training is needed for the basic knowledge of the subject but the efficiency lies with the practical field. Training is mandatory in this type of sectors along with the safety norms. My suggestions : 1. Workshops done by expert groups 2. Participation of the students or the labours in live demonstrations 3. Training on hi-tech machines handling 4. Audio Visual presentation on mining
