Being a teaching professional in my opinion for any sector basic subject knowledge is very much necessary which is indirectly helpful at the time of practical application and this can be given only in classroom environment. No degree /diploma education is directly helpful in practical field but without this primary knowledge it is very difficult to be successful whether it is given by individual teacher/classroom /guardian. After this conceptual course field training of six months should be give

for solar energy , my below suggestion. 1 , take useless land , as upper side of rail patri . upper side of river , upper side of all road .so that other land can be used other industry and other purpose.which is allotted and used to solar plant . i read one time other country use useless land for solar energy. attention , this is trick big solar energy company to take over valuable land, because in future land value will increase. >

Dear, Sir, I am so elated to see you working so hard for a developed India. I have often seen people abusing government rather then developing a basic civic sense. people here in America respect their country and they do not want to disgrace it's reputation with their deeds. Till we Indians do not develop such ideology all of the efforts of govt. will go in vain.

Hon'ble PM,
my suggestion is that we need to have an gov cum private org which will full work for Monitoring and Penalties to every sector in india. This org will generate too many jobs to youths and teach them to respect towards country and connect to common people as much as and take direct feedback.
This org will be online based and it will help have correct data from people directly.
And we can add too many other sectors.I know i cannot put all my ideas or AIM in this 500 charbox :)

Skills take a time to develop over a period of training and education, best environment is to develop on site than just theory. Todays education needs more practical training and the curriculum should be according to the things which are used in day to day work. Internet is a wealth of knowledge which can be used to impart training to distant people.Class environment is not going to help nor the degrees associated with it, onsite training is a must.

Skill can never be developed in class rooms, but sub oriented field training alongwith notes, books and internet can help better tmo develop skills.
